From a softer limit to outright rejection

No global block
This adjustment is explicitly not a global ban. Ordinary users, legitimate access and Google remain unaffected. The public website should remain normally accessible, while the suspicious behaviour receives a targeted response.
That distinction is an important part of the measure. Protection has been tightened where there was a specific reason, without imposing a blanket restriction on other visitors or services.
Observation remains part of operation
The stricter treatment does not close the matter. Existing protection and checking mechanisms continue to monitor scanner and crawler patterns. The daily traffic-light check also remains part of this ongoing operational observation.
This entry therefore describes a small, targeted step rather than a redesign of the entire website's security: suspicious crawler-like access receives a clearer response, legitimate traffic stays unchanged and further developments are monitored through normal operation.
