Friendly-Helpers

Friendly-Helpers began many years ago as a guild in the game Order & Chaos, which I played on my iPad for a long time back then.

I met some genuinely great people there and made many wonderful memories. That is exactly why I never wanted the name simply to disappear. Keeping Friendly-Helpers going was also, for me, a way to remember people such as Steffi, Tilda and the others from that time.

World of Warships came later. At first, I mostly sailed alone as “FeuchterHase”, until eventually my son “TrockenesKarnickel” began playing too. Since he became old enough to properly understand the game and keep it in perspective, we have regularly sailed into battle together.

Through various streamers and communities surrounding World of Warships, including TeamKrado, Trenlass, OhMyDoge, komusu and Seakrauts, the idea of building something of our own again eventually took shape. Step by step, this grew into our Discord, the clan and later the development of our own bot.

Friendly-Helpers is deliberately kept small and relaxed. No pressure, no contrived hardcore image and no drama. Just playing together, having fun and, along the way, developing a technical project that has grown steadily over time.

My personal goal is to keep developing the Friendly-Helpers bot over the coming years and perhaps one day see it on many large World of Warships Discord servers. Not for exposure or to “get big”, but because people enjoy it and appreciate the work behind the project.
