What does it do?

The Friendly-Helpers bot can create, update and remove statistics channels automatically. These voice channels are for displaying statistics only. They are set up so that regular users cannot join them.

Stats are disabled on new servers. Once an admin activates Stats and enables features, the bot creates the corresponding channels on its next run.

Command names and option values match the bot: an means on and aus means off. Discord channel examples below retain the bot's original German wording.

Available Server Statistics

Members Shows the current total number of members on the Discord server. 📊 Mitglieder: 2.154
Online Shows the Discord users who are currently online. 📊 Online: 438
Playing Shows users whose Discord status indicates that they are currently playing a game. 📊 Playing: 127

Ships Shows the number of World of Warships ships available in the Friendly-Helpers database. 🚢 Schiffe: 688

Ping Shows the bot's response time. Lower values indicate a faster connection to Discord. 📡 Ping: 42 ms

Activate Stats Enable Server Stats or Clan Stats for the server.

Wait for the Next Run The background task creates, updates or deletes the channels. This can take up to 10 minutes.

Permissions To set up Stats, you need Administrator or Manage Server permission. The bot needs View Channels, Manage Channels and Manage Roles to create locked Stats channels with the appropriate permissions and clean them up later. Keep the suggested permissions selected when inviting the bot; otherwise, Stats channels and embeds may not work fully.
  • Regular users cannot join the display channels
  • Without the required permissions, the bot cannot create channels
  • Discord limits mean a wait of up to 10 minutes is normal
Automatic Cleanup: If a feature is disabled, a clan is removed or a Stats system is turned off, the bot cleans up the managed channels on its next run. Empty categories are also deleted.
