Up-to-date data provides a common foundation for many Friendly Helpers features. The regular rebuild of bot data has therefore been reorganised: instead of following a rigid seven-day interval, the refresh now takes place on Thursdays. This timing fits the regular World of Warships update day better.
A fixed day instead of a shifting interval
A simple seven-day schedule merely counts the time since the last run. The new process instead follows a clearly named day of the week. This makes it clear in operational terms when the next shared data refresh is scheduled.
Thursday was not chosen at random. It fits the game's regular update day and ties the rebuild directly to the rhythm in which the underlying content can change.
The data is renewed together
The Thursday refresh rebuilds several data areas together. These include ships and their technical values, as well as achievements, commanders and maps. It therefore covers more than a single list: these are the various foundations used by bot features.
The shared process keeps the refresh manageable: the affected areas are rebuilt in the same scheduled run. This is the main change from the previous timing arrangement.
New data then becomes active
After a successful rebuild, the bot is restarted cleanly. The newly built data is therefore not just prepared, but subsequently activated for the bot's features.
Nothing changes in how people use the bot. Behind the scenes, however, data maintenance now follows a fixed, understandable weekly rhythm: Thursday is the shared refresh day for ships, technical values, achievements, commanders and maps.
